Terms and conditions

1. Incase of cancellation or change of order, 25% of the bill amount will be charged if the order is cancelled or changed within a week of order placed after said period 50% of the bill amount will be charged. Kindly note, we do not accept cancellations 1 week before the delivery. 
2. In-store trial is mandatory at the time of pick-up to ensure the perfect fit. If picked up via any delivery/courier service or by any other means it will be your responsibility for any changes further. Deposit only in CASH. 
3. All the garments will be out for delivery only after 3 pm. While returning the garment, make sure of returning before 8 pm & carry the deposit bill or at least photocopy of the same. 
4. If hard copy of the bill is not received the deposit amount will be paid within 48 hours of returning the products via online transfer. Or if the products are returned via any courier services the same would be applicable. 
5. An amount of Rs. 750/- per piece will be charged if stains of flowers, haldi, kumkum etc are found on the garment after use. Incase of any other defect, Jain Collections shall have the right to decide the amount according to the defect.
6. The rent of the outfit will be charged for the number of days mentioned on the bill irrespective of when it was collected by the customer. Rs 400 per day per outfit late return charges will be charged irrespective of the extra days amount paid while booking the outfit.
